Dear Herb,
I just wanted to let you know that your suggestion to have Stormy's thyroid checked turned out to be correct. Ever since he has been taking thyroid meds his behavior has been much calmer and less unpredictable. Your classes helped Evan Stormy and I immeasurably. Just as you said, he will never be perfect, but we really have been able to manage his behavior. I apologize for simply disappearing. Evans change in job status has thrown our lives into a state of chaos. I miss your classes and would definitely someday like to be able to enroll him again. You are an excellent teacher, and you have a special talent with animals. Thank you for helping the "misfit" dogs, and for helping to undo some of the damage cruel people have inflicted on these animals. With warmest thoughts and our highest recommendations.
